Misalignment is costing you every kilometre.
Enter your fleet numbers to see what precision alignment gives back in diesel, dollars and carbon — using the same measurement basis as our Coles and Hawk Logistics impact studies.

Talk to Big Wheels →How these numbers are calculated
- Diesel saved = kilometres × current L/100 km × fuel efficiency gain, multiplied by fleet size.
- Emissions use the NGER 2024 Table 9 factor of 2,716.282 kg CO₂e per kilolitre of diesel — the same standard used in Australian mandatory climate reporting.
- Default gains come from Big Wheels impact studies: 7.6% across a metro light-rigid fleet (Coles / Custom Fleet, Melbourne) and 9.9% across Euro 4 linehaul units on the Melbourne–Sydney corridor (Hawk Logistics).
- Tyre savings default to ~$1,600 per vehicle per year at 60,000 km from measured steer tyre wear, pro-rated for linehaul distance. Adjust to your own tyre spend.
- Alignment investment is a placeholder — enter your quoted price per vehicle for an accurate return.
