We rolled into Brissy, and so did 54,789 others.  Here's what went down at the biggest truck show in the Southern Hemisphere.

A Quick Recap of the Show

The 2025 Brisbane Truck Show brought the industry together for four action-packed days of innovation, excitement, and connection. From the newest heavy vehicles on display to the packed-out halls buzzing with energy, this year’s event reached new heights.

Big Wheels Truck Alignment was proud to be part of it. We had the chance to connect with industry leaders, catch up with long-time partners, and soak up the one-of-a-kind Brissy vibe. For us, this show is more than just an event. It’s a vital industry moment and a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

The Biggest & Best Yet!

With 54,790 attendees, the 2025 show shattered previous records. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday all saw historic turnouts. Todd Hacking, CEO of show organiser HVIA, summed it up best:
“This amazing result confirms the show’s standing as a truly world-class event.”

From standout displays to inspiring conversations, the atmosphere was buzzing. Innovation was everywhere, and you could feel the sense of momentum across the entire industry.

The Rigs that Stole the Show

There was no shortage of head-turners, but Kenworth truly stole the spotlight. Their lineup included the T320, T420, T620, T620SAR, and the Euro 6 T909 featuring a brand-new 60-inch bunk.

Another highlight? The Drake Group’s incredible upside-down trailer stunt. You won’t see that anywhere else. That’s Brissy for you!

Our team especially loved checking out the custom rigs and chatting with the passionate drivers and builders behind them. The attention to detail and dedication to craftsmanship is what makes this industry something special.

Trends, Tech and What’s Next

So, where are we in 2025?

·      New truck sales have dipped slightly, but the market remains solid.

·      Challenges such as driver shortages and rising fuel costs persist.

·      At the same time, there’s real growth in areas like sustainability, automation, and freight demand.

At Big Wheels, we’re paying close attention to these shifts. We're especially focused on improving fuel efficiency and meeting Euro 6 compliance standards— both key to the future of alignment services. We’re honing in on helping business save on costs related to their fleet management, saving tyres and more.

What It Means for Us and You

One of the best parts of the show was reconnecting with customers, partners, and fellow players in the industry. It’s moments like these that fuel our passion and keep us pushing for better performance, innovation, and sustainability.

Whether we’re helping you cut fuel costs or keeping your fleet road-safe, Big Wheels is here to support you every step of the way.

Until Next Time!

Thanks to everyone we were able to catch up with. You made the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show one to remember.

Got a favourite truck or moment from the show? We’d love to hear from you—mention it next time you drop by one of our locations or bring it up during your next alignment booking.

Book your next wheel alignment with Big Wheels Truck Alignment to stay road-ready through winter and beyond. Keep your rig rolling strong, smooth, and safe no matter the season.

This is a really solid foundation you've built here, and I appreciate the depth of information. Expanding into case studies specifically focusing on big rigs would be a fantastic next step. I completely agree with everything you've said about them; the examples you chose for big rigs in this post truly made the points resonate. Honestly, every challenge I've faced with big rigs has ultimately been a valuable learning experience. I'll definitely be sharing this with our group chat; it's too good not to. It’s inspiring to see such a comprehensive knowledge drop on big rigs. Perhaps in the future, a comparison of different strategic approaches to big rigs could also be a worthwhile addition.
